Hello i just joined too. I'm just getting into snowtography i suppose. gonna shoot a lot this weekend. film and digital. i always forget are you supposed to over or under expose for snow shots?

Hey man, welcome to the site! I believe you are supposed to under expose on snow shots because the snow reflects a ton of light, so you are compensating with the underexposed shot. You can also stop down your lens to open up your DOF and lower the exposure and not mess with shutter speed. I believe this is correct, but confirmation would be great
